Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, unless organized in advance. Our 2 – 5 day processing time does not include time in transit for national orders. While we endeavor to get all orders out within a day or two, we do experience delays due to order load from time to time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. For National orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone (our contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.
Your order may experience delays due to stock availability, courier delay, and where you are situated, this is the nature of online shopping, however we do try our best to ensure stock is always available. In the event where stock is not available for a certain item/s, you will be contacted by a Holistic Living employee and offered an alternative or a credit for your next online purchase.

|SA – Dry Goods||3-8 Business Days, This is only for dry goods as items are shipped by Road Freight and take 3-8 working days. Chilled products cannot withstand the journey and will go off during transit. If you choose this option cold items will be removed from your order and you will be credited for them by use of a website credit.||R99.00|
|Gauteng – Cold/Frozen Products||Your Items are sent overnight using thermal freezer boxes to ensure products stay chilled. This option is only available to send to Gauteng.||R250.00|
* Cold Products are available for delivery in Western Cape and Gauteng only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Holistic Living is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa
Due to the nature of the products, being food (cold or otherwise), we cannot responsibly accept returns on orders that have been shipped (locally or nationally).
